Hiring: Administrative Assistant III – Banking Client (Onsite)
Prime Hires is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant III to support a banking client within a portfolio management team. This is a long-term, fully onsite opportunity.

📍 Location: Commerce Valley, ON (5 days onsite | Free parking)
🕘 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Start Date: Jan 30, 2026
⏳ Duration: 1 year 9 months (extension & conversion possible)
💲 Pay Rate: $25.18/hour

Must-Have Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
✔ 3–5 years of administrative / executive assistant experience
✔ Banking or financial services background
✔ Client-facing experience (phone & email communication)
✔ Strong attention to detail and time management
✔ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
✔ Experience handling confidential and sensitive information

Nice to Have:
• CSC (Canadian Securities Course)
