📢 We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant II – Hybrid (Toronto, ON)
Prime Hires is hiring on behalf of a Top 5 Financial Institution in Canada for a hybrid contract role starting June 16, 2025, until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time.
You’ll be supporting senior leaders in the Global Wealth and Asset Management – Marketing department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a highly collaborative team.
🔹 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
🔹 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
🔹 Pay Rate: $25.64/hour
💼 Key Responsibilities:
-Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings.
-Organize travel and prepare agendas/presentations.
-Complete expense reports and assist with departmental events.
-Act as a go-to resource for staff and provide day-to-day admin support.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
-2 years of administrative/EA experience.
-Strong organizational and coordination skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
