Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Administrative Assistant. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60 – $22.37

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including checking deposits, creating drafts, and managing client bookings
Greet clients in a professional manner, ensuring seamless reception services by appointment only
Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking facilities and arranging catering as needed
Prepare emails, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
Handle light telephone duties and respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
Support ad hoc requests to assist team workflow and operational needs
Maintain and organize files, documentation, and scheduling to ensure efficiency
Assist with scheduling and ordering catering for team functions or meetings

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Reliable, adaptable, and capable of pivoting quickly to shifting priorities
Proven experience in administrative or reception roles with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Previous experience working in the banking or financial industry
Experience supporting executive-level teams or senior management
Knowledge of organizational systems or tools used in banking environments
