💼 Role type: Permanent, Full-time
📍 Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid)
✨ What you’ll do:
✅ Manage complex calendars and scheduling across time zones
✅ Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas, logistics)
✅ Organize meetings, events, and team off-sites
✅ Handle expenses, invoices, reports, and correspondence
✅ Support onboarding, vendor communications, and special projects
✅ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
🌟 What we’re looking for:
✔ 2–5 years of admin experience, ideally in financial services or corporate settings
✔ Previous experience managing complex travel and logistics
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ 10/10 communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Polished, warm, and professional demeanor
