Hiring: Administrative Assistant, Downtown Toronto (3-Month Contract)
We’re seeking a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support executives with calendar management, meeting coordination, and reporting.
Role Details:
– Location: Queens Quay (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
– Contract Length: 3 months
– Minimum 1 year in an administrative role
– Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proficiency in MS Office
