Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Administrative Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-net-worth client services, support a dynamic team, and potentially transition into a long-term role with the organization. The role involves providing essential administrative support, managing client interactions, and facilitating smooth operations within the wealth management division.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $19.26/hr

Responsibilities:

Answer calls and speak with clients in a professional manner, booking appointments and managing client inquiries
Support investment advisors by managing requests and completing tasks on a priority basis
Facilitate, prepare, and recap client meetings to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
Create reports for client account analysis and monitor account activities such as dividends, RSPs, and RIFs
Manage referral processes, including generating leads and ensuring proper referral coding
Review marketing content for relevance, submit materials for approval, and compile client information packages
Maintain confidentiality and organization of sensitive client data following compliance standards
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, demonstrating high-level phone etiquette and professionalism
Support team members in a collaborative environment, promoting a positive work culture and service excellence
Handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision
