About the job
We are recruiting for admin assistant roles for Organon. 12 months Contract with possibly of extension , for the External Mandate Division. Working in 1 team, with 25 to 30 people

Corporate Affairs & Community Engagement Team (12 month contract):

Interacts with senior level individuals both within and outside of the Company, locally and globally.Lobbying administration and reportingExpense reportTravel coordinationManages the supplier payment process, including purchase orders, Non-PO payments, purchase requisition reconciliation, invoice processing and follow-up of related issues.Maintain, track and communicate departmental budget and accruals.Interview scheduling and assists with logistical onboarding / offboarding of employees and updates distribution listsAssembles and analyzes confidential information, prepares reports/ presentations, agendas and correspondence of varying degrees of complexity.Provides general administrative support including sponsorship requests, expense report support, travel and meeting coordination, as needed, by the Team.Supporting team building departmental activitiesCoordinates departmental communications, translations, and vacationRequired Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Outlook) is essential.Language: Bilingual (French and English), written and oral.Knowledge of Teams, SAP/Coupa, Concur is an asset.Organization, multitasking and time management
