Robert Half is partnered with a Canadian manufacturing organization who is hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to their team. This is a full time permanent position located in the Georgetown area. The Accounts Payable Administrator will be reporting to the Controller and will be responsible for;
Monitor AP inbox, process PO and non-PO invoices
Matching invoices with purchase orders and packing slips
Accurate coding invoices, obtaining approvals, and data entry of invoices into ERP
Prepare payment runs weekly via EFT, Wires and Cheques
Process employee expense reports
Follow up with vendors and perform vendor statement reconciliations
Support the Controller with Month End Close
Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in accounting, bookkeeping or similar highly desired
Minimum 2 year’s Accounts Payable experience
Manufacturing industry experience is an asset
ERP experience such as MS Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle
Intermediate MS Excel skills
Strong communication skills and customer service oriented
Detail-oriented and ability to work in a high volume environment
