Context Creative is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our growing team in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to our Director, Client Services, the successful candidate will:

Be responsible for managing the day-to-day business of some of our most trusted client accounts, providing exceptional and attentive client service
Guide the concept development of integrated and digital-first marketing experiences
Grow and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Provide strategic marketing and communications counsel for clients
Prepare client presentations, effectively present results and attend meetings as required.
Grow and strengthen our business within our existing client base
Develop estimates and workback schedules
Oversee multiple projects at once—information gathering, organizing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, trafficking, reporting, delivering and guiding execution.
In collaboration with our Digital Marketing team, lead the development, deployment and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, including: Google AdWords, SEO, email marketing and list management, and social media campaigns
Be responsible for accurate invoicing and month-end financial reporting (BCR, WIP, etc.)
Supporting best practices in accessibility (AODA-compliant communications)
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

4 – 6 years of relevant experience, preferably agency-side
Relevant post-secondary education, ideally with a focus on communications, marketing or business
Knowledge and experience in digital and print marketing and communications
Strong collaboration, creative problem-solving, negotiation and client service skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment, with the ability to be involved in multiple projects at once
Bonus: existing experience with digital marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics, knowledge of accessibility best practices
