Account Executive (SaaS) – Toronto, ON (Remote)
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 CAD base + 13% commission (OTE $150,000+)
Annual Quota: $500K ARR
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company helping organizations run smarter, more efficient workplaces. Launched in 2023, we already support 200+ companies on our platform and are scaling quickly. We are looking for a self-motivated Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and contribute to our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do:
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Deliver consistently against a $500K ARR quota
Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline
Conduct product demos, run discovery, and negotiate deals
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies
Build long-term customer relationships with SMB and Mid-Market clients
Who You Are:
4–6 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS or technology product sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
Self-motivated, organized, and highly accountable
Coachable and eager to grow
Nice to Have:
Experience in workplace, HRTech, PropTech, or productivity software
Familiarity selling to hybrid or distributed organizations
Startup or early-stage company experience
