Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, with a clear focus on acquiring net-new customers. This is a quota-carrying, hunter-oriented role suited for someone who enjoys building pipeline, running consultative discovery, and closing complex B2B software deals. You’ll work closely with sales engineering, marketing, and customer success partners, while maintaining autonomy over your territory and deals.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
Proactively generate new pipeline via outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events)
Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into active opportunities
Run discovery-led conversations to understand customer pain points, workflows, and buying criteria
Deliver tailored demos and solution presentations aligned to customer needs
Manage opportunities in CRM with accurate forecasting and disciplined follow-up
Lead pricing discussions, negotiate contracts, and close new business
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoff post-close
Share customer and market feedback with marketing and product teams
What You Bring
3+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience
Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close net-new business
Comfort running structured, consultative sales processes
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable for results
Experience selling analytics platforms, or enterprise software solutions
Exposure to mid-market or enterprise buyers
Familiarity with longer or more complex sales cycles
