Accommodation Consultant

We are hiring an Accommodation Consultant at Co-operators. This role involves: – Supporting employees through workplace accommodation and return-to-work cases. – Designing practical, individualized accommodation plans. – Partnering with leaders on complex and sensitive situations. – Helping ensure accommodations are fair, compliant, and people-focused. Locations for this position include Moncton, Montreal, Guelph, Toronto, Burlington, Regina, or Calgary.
