We’re Hiring: Accessibility Test Lead ♿
📍 Location: Toronto,Ontario (hybrid)
💼 Experience: 7+ years
📢 Reporting to: QA Manager (Client & Delivery)

🔹 Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in Accessibility Testing & WCAG standards
Hands-on experience with JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack, WAT
7+ years of overall QA experience with leadership exposure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience handling challenging stakeholders and delivery pressures
🔹 Nice-to-Have Skills
Financial Services / Banking domain experience
Inclusive, human-centered design mindset
Experience with JIRA, HP ALM
Passion for learning new accessibility tools and technologies
