Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Access Provisioning Specialist in Banking. This position offers an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in banking operations, specifically in access management, while developing your skills in a fast-paced team setting.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $21.45/hr

Responsibilities

Provision and de-provision access to various finance applications for internal users
Troubleshoot access issues post-training to ensure seamless user experiences
Collaborate with team members to process access requests accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of access activities and updates
Support ongoing process improvements related to access management
Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with bank policies and security protocols
Communicate effectively with internal colleagues regarding access status and issues
Assist in maintaining operational effectiveness to meet service level goals
Desired Skill-Set

Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs preferred), Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise clearly with colleagues
Tech-savvy and quick learner of internal systems
Organized with keen attention to detail
Ability to handle high volumes of work within tight deadlines
Good time management skills and the capacity to work independently or within a team
Experience or familiarity with access provisioning is a plus
Demonstrated reliability and team-oriented attitude
Nice to Have

Knowledge of access provisioning processes in banking or finance environments
Basic understanding of finance applications and transaction types
Familiarity with global and WSS platforms
Experience with trade processing or cash products such as loans, deposits, swaps, and forwards
