Job Description
Seeking a 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for our global financial services client in Downtown Toronto or Montreal (Hybrid): Must have 3+ years’ experience with contact centre workforce management software and scheduling tools (e.g. Genesys, Aspect eWFM). Must possess a proven track record of managing a team of direct reports, coupled with strong analytical acumen and influencing abilities/stakeholder management. Previous experience within the financial services industry is an asset.
