Seeking a 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 for a North American leader in East GTA (Onsite): Must have 5+ years’ full-cycle recruitment experience for corporate and frontline/hourly positions in logistics, transportation or distribution environments.
The ideal candidate is adept at strategic sourcing, proactively coming up with creative recruitment solutions to build strong candidate pipelines. They must possess strong communication skills, initiative, and adaptability to shifting organizational priorities. Bilingualism in English/French is an asset, as is experience recruiting in QC.
