Urgently Hiring: 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 (12+ Months) | Mississauga, ON; Hybrid

Our client, a global luxury automotive organization, is seeking a compliance professional to lead dealer audits, detect export/reseller risk, and strengthen policy enforcement across the network.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Monitor sales/RDR data for fraud, reseller, and export patterns
• Review deal files and validate KYC documentation
• Track VIN movement and assess policy violations
• Recommend penalties, corrective actions, and program impacts
• Draft non-compliance communications with Legal
• Build dashboards and deliver leadership reporting
• Partner with IT/Data on automation and risk monitoring tools

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 4–7 years’ experience in compliance, audit, investigations, AML/KYC, or fraud
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI skills
• Experience reviewing transaction documentation and applying policy
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Automotive or regulated industry experience preferred
