Position: Business Analyst – IT – 2
Location: Toronto ON
Job Type: Contract
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 2+ years of experience as a BA in mutual fund operations, working knowledge of applications like IFAST, UNITRAX, FUNDS 360.
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft products such as excel, power BI and MS Access
• 1+ years of experience with testing (UAT, application testing, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience in gathering, analyzing and creating project artifacts including business requirements, business rules, analysis documents and business flow charts/diagrams
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Coding experience (SQL)
• Software troubleshooting experience.
• CBAP or other BA Certification is an asset.
Soft Skills Required:
• Strong verbal and business writing skills: with the ability to communicate effectively to different audiences: – e.g. developers; internal business clients, and external vendors.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Education & Certificates:
Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in the Business Field.
Best VS. Average Candidate:
Candidate who can understand the mutual fund operations business. Very strong business verbal and written skills.
