o  3-5 years’ experience in conducting digital and data-related value stream analyses, documenting “as is” and “to be” processes, and aligning them with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, SNOMED CT).
o  3-5 years’ experience in developing and implementing operating models with a focus on governance, engagement, and alignment with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and clinical data governance practices.
o  5-7 years’ experience in business architecture methods and tools, such as business process mapping, capability modeling, and value stream analysis, with a focus on digital health, interoperability, and clinical data governance.
o  Proven ability to manage partnerships and lead cross-functional teams in delivering business architecture and governance solutions aligned with healthcare interoperability and data standards.
