We (BQ International) are hiring for a Regina-based Government/Financial Services client for the position of Change Management Advisor! If you’re an expert in change management and want to work on transformational projects in a remote capacity, this opportunity is for you! 🌍
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
💡 Lead and support change management efforts for large-scale projects
💬 Develop and execute change adoption plans
🚀 Proactively identify barriers and take action to manage risks
🛠️ Use tools and methodologies to ensure successful implementation of changes
🎓 Education:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Social Sciences, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
📈 Experience:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or equivalent experience
✔️ Hands-on experience with transformational change projects
🗣️ Skills:
✔️ Fully bilingual in English/French
✔️ Expertise in ADKAR, agile methodologies, and project management principles
✔️ Excellent communication, consultation, partnership, and facilitation skills
✔️ Proficiency with Office 365 and corporate-standard software applications
Nice to Have:
🏅 Certifications in Prosci, ACMP Certified Change Management Professional, Agile (SAFe)
🌱 Experience with ESG or Risk initiatives
