Description:
Data Analysis – interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityBusiness Acceptance Testing (BAT) – conducted in relation to major data events and/or application/platform changes to ensure no material impact to data & products which could adversely impact customers and/or consumersData quality investigations and enhancements – investigating data anomalies identified from internal monitoring or direct customer inquiries and leading initiatives to address concerns and enhance quality
Job Descriptions:
7+ years of experience with Business & Data Analysis roles. Financial Services work experience is a bonus.Relevant experience working with big data, data management, business insights, and/or data qualityStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyStrong scenario analysis, tactical evaluation, and analytical and problem-solving skills leading to practical business application and ability to work in an agile environmentProven verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate analytical and statistical concepts and resultsMust be a self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills, motivated by challenges, and possess a customer-focused, results-oriented attitudeHands-on experience writing SQL queries and Linux command line tools; a plus if you have experience with any combination of Tableau, Ab Initio, Python and R
