We are currently seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager for an established non-profit dedicated to transformative and sustainable housing across Canada.
Fully remote position in Canada offering Benefits, Pension, Flexible working hours, 3 weeks vacation plus 2-week closure in December, WFH allowance & tech paid for, and much more.
We are looking for someone with:
✨Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✨Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, training, and employee relations.
✨Experience working within a unionized environment, ideally in Quebec and/or Ontario.
✨Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✨Demonstrated initiative, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
✨Proficiency in both English and French (Mandatory)
