Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, the Compensation Coordinator plays a critical role providing support to the Senior Manager, the Benefits Specialist, and the Recognition Lead in program implementation, research, processing research ensuring the delivery of client-centred service, programs, and program improvements.

About The Role

Evaluate individual contributor position descriptions including those associated with FSM and BAMM, ensuring accurate documentation.Establish and maintain all job profiles in Workday including those evaluated by the Compensation Specialist.Maintain all job evaluation records including evaluation tracking summary and the Master Job Architecture Documentation TrackerAudit compensation related data for accuracy to ensure smooth processing of the PBIA and other compensation programs.Help implement compensation changes including annual increases and those flowing from collective agreement and other union settlements.Assist with the bi-annual review of benchmark positions.Complete compensation surveys and the compensation section of other surveysTriage and track escalations, answering first level inquiries.Supports the collection of data, analysis of information, and creation of reports that support the TR CoE and the business.Assist with the planning associated with the TR road shows.Track and coordinate the policy, program, and knowledge article renewal process, assisting with research, ensuring the accurate alignment of documentation, coordinate the submission process.Help research best practices as it relates to compensation programs and policies.

About You

Post secondary education in Human Resources or elated field or equivalent experience.Experience in a client-centred role.Experience working with tracking information, conducting research/searches.Experience working with at a excel or datasets at a proficient level.1+ years of Compensation experienceProficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook / Office 365 toolsGood research and search skills that produce relevant information.Ability to always maintain a high degree of confidentiality.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Total Rewards team members and other team members.Strong basic math and logic skillsMust have digital fluency skills.
