Job Description

Our client, a technology firm based in Toronto, is transforming the operations of private money lenders. Their objective is to develop a comprehensive software platform that enhances the private lending ecosystem by integrating AI-driven workflow management, document generation, and payment automation. The company is well-funded and led by experienced founders with a track record of successful ventures.

The ideal candidate will possess:

– A minimum of 4 years of product management experience within a dynamic, high-growth FinTech or SaaS environment.
– In-depth knowledge of the lending sector, especially in areas such as loan servicing, origination, or fund management.
– Valuable experience in payment processing, the automotive industry, lease financing, or consumer financing.
– Familiarity with the U.S. market is advantageous.
– Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Hotjar, Intercom, and Slack.
– Experience in managing B2B products with an emphasis on enhancing customer experience.
– Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a collaborative approach and a keen sense of curiosity.
– Coding skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
