I’m currently seeking Intermediate Business Analysts for a leading manufacturing organization in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Work Model: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)
Multiple Positions Available
Industry: Manufacturing
Hiring Manager is eager to hire
Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Both In-Person)

Key Requirement: Strong experience supporting or leading ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment (any ERP module such as Supply Chain, Production, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, etc.).
What We’re Looking For:
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Process mapping and process improvement experience
• Experience supporting UAT, change management, and training activities
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
