2 Junior Project Control Officers

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; Hybrid, 2–3 days/week on-site
Contract: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027
Compensation: Up to $ 250.00/day CAD
Canadian contractors only; no Project managers.

About the Role

We are seeking 2 Junior Project Control Officers to support Emergency Services implementation teams. This role will provide project coordination, scheduling, documentation, reporting, action tracking, and stakeholder follow-up across multiple workstreams.
You will serve as a central coordination point, helping project managers and implementation leads keep information organized, current, accessible, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, and action items. Schedule recurring and ad hoc meetings and ensure participants have the required information.
Prepare and maintain status reports, briefing notes, presentations, correspondence, trackers, and project documentation.
Maintain SharePoint repositories, templates, trackers, and shared workspaces.
Gather workstream updates, identify gaps, and follow up on outstanding items.
Track risks, issues, decisions, actions, and deliverables.
Support project managers with reporting, documentation, meeting follow-up, and coordination.
Assist with budgeting, invoice tracking, procurement follow-up, and related administrative activities.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience providing executive, administrative, or project coordination support in a professional environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong scheduling, organization, prioritization, communication, critical thinking, and follow-through skills.
Ability to identify gaps, clarify next steps, and manage competing requests.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
Experience preparing meeting notes, summaries, briefing materials, presentations, correspondence, and documentation.

Nice to Have

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Coordination, Health Administration, or a related field.
Experience with MS Project, MS Planner, or similar project management tools.
Experience supporting healthcare, health system, public sector, implementation, or multi-workstream projects.
