Looking for a hands-on Lead Engineer with:
• 6+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong Node.js / TypeScript backend expertise
• React frontend experience
• Cloud, Docker & CI/CD experience
• Experience leading a small engineering team
• Comfortable owning architecture, technical decisions & end-to-end delivery
• Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
