🚀 WE’RE HIRING: SOFTWARE ENGINEERS – BACKEND + AI
📍 Toronto / GTA | Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite
💼 Full-Time Opportunity

We’re looking for a strong Software Engineer with deep backend engineering experience who actively uses AI/GenAI to improve how they build, debug, and deliver software.

🔹 What we’re looking for:
✅ Strong backend development experience — open to any modern backend language/framework
✅ Node.js is preferred, but strong experience with Java, Python, C#, Go, or similar backend technologies will also be considered
✅ React experience is preferred
✅ Experience with Microservices architecture
✅ AWS cloud experience
✅ Strong understanding of CI/CD and modern engineering practices
✅ Experience building scalable, production-grade applications
🤖 AI is an important part of this role.

We’re especially interested in engineers who actively use AI & GenAI for:
⚡ Code generation & refactoring
🐞 Debugging & code reviews
📝 Documentation & technical decision support
🔄 Automating repetitive development tasks
🚀 Improving engineering productivity and workflows

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:
• LLMs / Generative AI
• Agentic AI and AI-assisted coding tools
• AI-driven components for data validation or document processing
• Integrating AI capabilities into production applications
