Leading pursuits where Amico is either the prime contractor or a key partner within a joint venture structure
Facilitating strategy sessions, coordination meetings, and review workshops with internal teams and external partners
Managing timelines, submission plans, and responsibility matrices to ensure seamless execution
Overseeing and/or contributing to the development of written content, including technical sections, resumes, and project profiles
Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive narratives
Ensuring all submissions meet client requirements through thorough compliance reviews and quality checks
Coordinating with design and branding resources to produce visually impactful proposal materials
Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and providing regular updates to leadership throughout the pursuit lifecycle
Supporting post-submission activities, including presentations, debriefs, and continuous improvement initiatives
In addition to leading submissions, you will mentor and support junior team members, helping to strengthen overall proposal capabilities and maintain high standards across all deliverables.
What You Bring
You are a detail-oriented and strategic thinker with a strong foundation in construction proposals and a passion for delivering high-quality work under pressure.
You Bring
Completed post-secondary education in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
At least five years of experience in a manager role overseeing a proposal team for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
A strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and various delivery models
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate input from diverse stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits
A proactive mindset with sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
