We are looking for an experienced Senior Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in COBOL and core IBM Mainframe technologies to support enterprise banking applications.

Required Experience:
7+ years of hands-on Mainframe development experience
3+ years of technical/team lead experience
Development of production-grade Mainframe applications
Code testing, deployment, and production support
Release pipeline knowledge and Mainframe utilities
Experience leading teams of 5+ members
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
