Senior Project Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations

📣 GemTek is hiring TWO (2) Senior Project Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations for a long term contract role, possible Contract To Hire.

We are partnering with a large global organization to identify two highly experienced Senior Project Manager who can lead complex infrastructure initiatives and confidently challenge technical teams when needed.

This is not a general project coordination role.

The right candidate will bring:
✅ 12+ years in IT infrastructure, operations, or systems engineering
✅ 7+ years leading infrastructure, cloud, networking, or systems integration projects
✅ Strong experience with Azure, AWS, hybrid environments, networking, security, SASE, Zero Trust, ServiceNow, and operational readiness
✅ Proven ability to define technical scope, manage risk, resolve dependencies, and lead senior stakeholders
✅ The credibility to work directly with architects, engineers, vendors, and executives

➡️Location: Toronto or Montréal
➡️Work model: Hybrid, minimum 3 days onsite
➡️Engagement: Long term contract with possible contract to hire
➡️Structure: Independent contractors only
➡️No C2C or remote only applicants
