Join GoodLife Fitness as a Help Desk Support Technician in London, Ontario (In-Office).

Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and helping others? This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and creating a positive experience for end users.

As part of our IT team, you will:
✅ Provide technical support to internal Associates through tickets, phone, email, and in-person assistance
✅ Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and equipment-related issues
✅ Support users by documenting solutions and contributing to knowledge sharing
✅ Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional technology support
