RPA Platform Administrator – UiPath & WorkFusion

🚀 We are hiring for a #RPA Platform Administrator – UiPath & WorkFusion
📍 Location: #Toronto, ON, Canada
💼 #full-time, permanent role.

Required Skills:
Years of Experience: 5–8 years (Minimum 3+ years of UiPath and/or WorkFusion Platform Administration experience)
• UiPath Orchestrator Administration, Robot Management (Attended & Unattended), Assets, Queues, Triggers, and Scheduling.
• Work Fusion Control Tower Administration, Intelligent Automation Support, and Platform Troubleshooting.
• Windows Server Administration, Active Directory/SSO Integration, CyberArk/Azure Key Vault, and Enterprise Platform Support.
• Experience with Monitoring & Observability Tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana).
• Experience supporting enterprise-grade RPA platforms in BFSI or highly regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Release Management.
• UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) preferred. UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification preferred.
• Work Fusion RPA Certification preferred.ITIL Foundation Certification preferred. Microsoft Azure or Windows Administration Certifications are a plus.
