Network Administrator

Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Network Administrator to support their network operations team during a period of planned staff leave. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshoot network issues, configure new network equipment, and help maintain a stable production environment across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on networking and operational support, with the possibility of converting to a full-time position.

This is 4-6 months contract term with potential to extend or become full-time permanent. It is a fully onsite role in Edmonton.

Required Technical Skills:
Cisco Meraki
VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN
Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN (ION)
Network troubleshooting
LAN/WAN technologies
Routing & Switching
VPN technologies
Wireless networking
Network hardware deployment and configuration

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a technical team.
Technical certifications (CCNA, PCNSE, etc.)
