Job Role: Applications Architect – Intermediate

Location : Toronto, ON /Onsite

Position Type : Contract Role

5 Days Onsite

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 95-100/Hr (Depending on the experience)

Must Have:

At least 10 years of experience:
Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications.
Proficiency with Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Experience with enterprise level Architecture Standards and artifacts (e.g., Business Architecture Document, Solutions Architecture Document, Solution Requirements Document, and Information Architecture Document).
Experience in using technical solution design and prototyping tools to assist in JAD and design sessions with stakeholders
Experience in technical and functional design and architecture, especially for applications on Cloud and SaaS, experience with cloud technologies.
Experience leading technical teams to ensure solution design adherence for all phases and aspects of a large-scale integrated projects.
Deep understanding of application architecture patterns (e.g., layered, microservices, event-driven)
Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful and Web Services APIs
