We are looking for an experienced Senior Applications Architect for an exciting opportunity with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.
📍 Location: 777 Bay St, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
📅 Start Date: August 4, 2026
📅 End Date: March 31, 2027 (Extension Possible)
⏰ Duration: 100 Business Days
🕒 Hours: 7.25 Hours/Day
🔐 Security Clearance: Not Required

Must-Have Skills:
✅ 10+ years of experience as a Business/Applications Architect following the Zachman Framework
✅ Experience working on large-scale programs involving multiple highly inter-dependent systems
✅ 10+ years of experience as an Application/Information/Security Architect with in-house custom solutions, COTS, and Cloud-based solutions
✅ Strong understanding of Architecture Governance Process, including Gating/Checkpoints and project governance
✅ Proven expertise in API design, system integration, and technical requirement definition
✅ Hands-on experience in Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical, and Dimensional Models)
✅ Expert-level experience with PowerDesigner for developing architecture artifacts across all domains
