Are you an experienced Director with a strong background in Capital Markets, Regulatory Trade Reporting, and Technology Change?
We’re partnering with a leading financial institution to find a strategic leader who can drive complex regulatory change initiatives across global markets while leading high-performing teams and collaborating with senior executives.
What we’re looking for:
✔ Director-level leadership experience within banking or capital markets
✔ Expertise in Regulatory Trade Reporting (Dodd-Frank, CFTC, SEC, EMIR, MiFID, etc.)
✔ Strong understanding of Capital Markets and trade lifecycle
✔ Ability to bridge business, technology, and regulatory requirements
📍 Toronto (Hybrid)
💰 $180K–$190K base + 20% bonus
