Continuous Improvement Specialist

🚨 Hiring – Continuous Improvement Specialist | Ottawa, ON 🚨

I’m currently hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist for a 6-month contract with an ON_SITE client in Ottawa.

Must-Haves:
• 5+ years of Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence experience
• Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience with process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
• Experience developing future-state processes and implementation plans
• Proficiency with Visio (or equivalent), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have:
• Experience in post-secondary education or the public sector
• Change management experience
