I’m excited to be partnering with Daniel Denning on a fantastic opportunity at FNZ for a Business Process Analyst to join one of the most significant wealth transformation programs in the Canadian market. 📈🏦

This isn’t your typical BA role. 🔍
You’ll be joining a team helping to transform and modernize the wealth management ecosystem for one of Canada’s largest financial institutions.

FNZ is replacing legacy technology platforms and building the future state operating model that supports millions of investors and advisors across Canada. ⚡

💡 In this role, you’ll:
✅ Document complex end to end business processes
✅ Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams 📊
✅ Partner with Business Stakeholders, Solution Consultants, QA teams, and Operations leaders 🤝
✅ Review requirements and challenge assumptions to ensure process accuracy 🔎
✅ Navigate regulatory and compliance driven workflows 📑
✅ Support a critical platform transformation program with significant executive visibility 🚀
✅ Help create operational and process documentation that will support regulatory reviews, testing, onboarding, and future business operations 📚

We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
🏦 Canadian Wealth Management experience
📈 Knowledge of investment products such as RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Equities, and GICs
🔄 Strong process mapping and business process documentation skills
📋 Experience working with requirements, Jira, workflow analysis, and stakeholder reviews
💬 Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and driving discussions to achieve alignment
🧠 An analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear business processes
