Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator-Banking. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience by supporting requisition assignments, offer letter processes, and background screening activities.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $30.03/hr

Responsibilities

Support requisition assignments, generate offer letters, and monitor background screening clearance
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to support program deliverables such as offer processes and background checks
Ensure requisitions are assigned within established service level agreements (SLAs) in Workday
Manage candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the post-offer process in Workday
Execute end-to-end offer letter processes, ensuring all reviews and information capture are completed accurately
Investigate and resolve issues related to Workday offer letter and pre-employment screening processes
Assist with special projects as needed to support the team’s objectives
Desired Skill-Set

Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience or relevant postsecondary education
Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 tools
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively, escalating issues when necessary
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent collaboration and team skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Influence and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders

Experience and demonstrated success in recruiting or sourcing activities
Relevant postsecondary education
Workday experience
Previous experience in the financial services industry
