🚀 Hiring | RQ00687 – Senior Software Developer (Remedy ARS / BMC Helix) | Hybrid | Toronto, ON

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a long-term public sector project with Supply Ontario.

📍 Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid – up to 5 days onsite as per Hiring Manager’s discretion)
📅 Start Date: July 27, 2026
📆 Duration: Until March 31, 2027 (187 business days, with possible extension)

Must-Have Skills:
✅ 8+ years of Remedy ARS Development
✅ 8+ years working with backend data & BMC ITSM v9+
✅ 8+ years translating business requirements into functional specifications
✅ 8+ years in code reviews & unit testing
✅ 8+ years designing and building custom data-driven solutions
✅ 3+ years of SQL
✅ 3+ years developing reports using Smart Reporting & SSRS
✅ Experience with Helix SaaS environment

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop and enhance BMC Helix workflows
✔️ Build backend automations for onboarding processes
✔️ Review business requirements and design solutions
✔️ Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
✔️ Create technical documentation and deployment guides

Additional Requirements:
• Public Sector experience – Mandatory
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with JIRA, Web Services integration, and privacy/security best practices
