Hiring: Program Manager – ServiceNow Services | Toronto, ON
Key Requirements:
8+ years of Program/Project/Service Delivery Management experience
Strong experience leading ServiceNow implementations and managed services engagements
Expertise in ITSM processes, ITIL practices, governance, risk, and stakeholder management
Experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, SLAs, KPIs, and cross-functional teams
Strong client-facing and executive communication skills
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, SecOps, HRSD
PMP and/or ServiceNow Certifications
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects
Oversee operational service delivery and SLA/KPI performance
Manage client relationships, governance meetings, and escalations
Drive ServiceNow platform growth, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
