Hiring: Product / Project Manager – AI Security 🚨
I’m working on a role focused on supporting AI Security delivery workstreams, helping translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, backlogs, controls, and secure-by-default delivery practices.
💰 Pay Rate: $55/hr. Incop
📍 Location: Toronto

What you’ll be working on:
✅ Managing roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and delivery milestones
✅ Supporting AI Security tooling delivery and adoption
✅ Driving secure-by-default and shift-left security principles
✅ Coordinating with engineering, platform, architecture, and vendor teams
✅ Aligning with compliance, risk, audit, and governance requirements
✅ Tracking delivery metrics, risks, decisions, adoption, and value realization
✅ Supporting control design around vulnerabilities and misconfigurations

Must-have experience:
🔹 3–5 years in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent delivery role
🔹 3+ years in Information Security or Information Technology
🔹 1–2 years working with Regulatory, Compliance, Risk, or Audit teams
🔹 Experience working with complex enterprise processes
🔹 Strong communication, planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
➕ Experience within large enterprise / financial services environments
➕ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, stays organized, manages competing priorities well, collaborates across teams, and does not need heavy micromanagement.
