🚨 Hiring: Intermediate ServiceNow Developer (Contract) – City of Toronto
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
📅 6-Month Contract + Possible Extension
🏢 Client: City of Toronto
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM and Request Management expertise to support procurement workflow automation and service catalog enhancements.
✅ Must Have:
• ServiceNow CSA & CAD Certifications
• 5+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, Script Includes
• Experience with Flow Designer, Dashboards, Reporting, and Workflow Automation
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Public Sector/Government experience
• ServiceNow CIS-ITSM Certification
