QA Analyst

We’re Hiring: QA Analyst
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2-3 Days Onsite)
Rate: 40/hr

Must-Have Skills:
1. 2+ years’ experience in financial services or fraud-related roles (AML Analysts, Fraud Analysts, etc.)
2. Demonstrated ability to express strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy (quality assessments)
3. Experience navigating fraud monitoring systems, telephony platforms, and/or case management tools (PRM Tsys, AS400, Pega)
4. Demonstrated ability to analyze QA results, identify trends and root causes, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
5. Working knowledge of banking products, services, and fraud management processes and procedures
