Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Resource Coordinator. This position involves providing centralized administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring seamless facilities coordination. The role offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and develop broader operational skills.
Pay rate range (CAD): $27.54/hr – $33.04/hr
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain organized filing systems for reports, forms, and documentation (paper and electronic)
Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, presentations, and policies/procedures
Dispatch outbound communications and respond to inquiries, escalating issues as needed
Prepare, submit, and track departmental expense claims and reports
Conduct premises inspections and complete monthly Health & Safety audits, including reporting and follow-up
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support office operations and facilities activities
Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff and contractors, office moves, and space planning
Support office services such as stock management, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventories
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives
Ensure completeness and accuracy of work, adhering to established standards
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and participate in process enhancements
Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed
Take on additional responsibilities to support team and business needs
Desired Skill-Set
Strong English writing skills – priority
2+ years experience supporting administrative functions
Proven ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
