🚨 Hiring: Digital Marketing Senior Manager | Toronto Hybrid 🚨

I’m hiring a Digital Marketing Senior Manager for a 1-year contract supporting a high-visibility Everyday Banking / EMOB marketing initiative.
📍 Location: Toronto
🏢 Hybrid: Onsite 3–4 days/week
💰 Rate: $52/hr Incop
🔁 Extension / FTE conversion: Possible

Key focus:
• Targeted/direct marketing campaigns
• Segmentation, personalization, and customer insights
• Digital, email, owned and paid channel execution
• Campaign performance analysis and KPI growth
• Stakeholder management in a large matrixed environment

Must have:
• 3+ years in targeted/direct marketing
• Experience with data-driven campaigns, segmentation, and personalization
• Strong email marketing and audience engagement experience
• Adobe Workfront and MS Word proficiency
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Nice to have: Agile experience, project management background, and Copilot/AI tool exposure.
