Business System Analyst

I’m Hiring: Banking Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Full Time

We are looking for a Banking Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Databricks experience to join our growing team.

Location : Toronto (3-4 days in office)
Work authorization sponsorship will not be given for this role

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks
• Strong experience in Data Integration, Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Validation, and Data Lineage
• Demonstrable experience in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling
• Hands-on experience building Data Quality Checks and writing complex SQL queries
• Strong Data Mapping and Data Requirements Analysis experience
• Experience working with:

* Databricks
* Azure Data Factory (ADF)
* Python
* PySpark
* Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau and Excel
* Banking domain experience is mandatory
* Ability to work closely with Business, Data, and Technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions

Preferred:
• Experience working in enterprise data platforms, data modernization, or cloud transformation initiatives within banking environments.
