Senior Business Analyst

🚨 We’re Hiring for Senior Business Analyst – Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Required Skills:
• 8–10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong Banking & Finance domain expertise
• Experience with Teller Management system, Deposit System.
• Experience supporting medium to large-scale banking projects
• Knowledge of North American banking products and services
• Hands-on experience with microservices environments, including Teller Management Systems and Deposit Systems
• Advanced understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies
• Expertise in creating User Stories, Process Flow Maps, Use Cases, Business & Technical Requirements, Business Rules, Mock-Ups, and Gap Analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
