API Developer (REST, Microservices, Cloud)

Hiring: API Developer (REST, Microservices, Cloud) | Toronto, ON – Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced API Developer with strong expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud Migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead migration of Azure/PCF applications to Atlas
Refactor applications for cloud-native scalability and performance
Collaborate with Architects, DevOps, and Platform teams on migration strategies
Maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment scripts, and cloud configurations
Ensure security, resiliency, monitoring, and compliance standards
Support REST API, Microservices, and API Gateway integrations

Required Skills:
5–6+ years of experience in RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture
Strong experience with API Gateways
Hands-on experience with GCP/Atlas (preferred) and Azure or PCF environments
Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, and deployment
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
